More in-depth study of the topics covered in the MRP fundamentals course. Recommended for those currently working in, or soon to move into a Planning environment. Highly participative – several exercises for delegates to complete during session. Valuable for planners who have never received formal tuition in the subject matter, or, for those who have not received training for many years.
Content can be tailored depending on which other courses are undertaken, for example the Forecasting content can be expanded if the ‘Inventory Management & Forecasting’ course is not undertaken.
Note, the MRP Fundamentals is not a prerequisite for this course, it would likely prove beneficial to ‘position’ this session.
